James H. Burton jburton@westga.edu is Professor of Business Administration in the Marketing and Real Estate Department at the University of West Georgia. He has taught university level courses in real estate development, and market feasibility analysis. He has also been a practicing real estate developer, having developed a 160 acre subdivision and a 2,000 acre subdivision.
